Well-appointed 1 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in the secure La Jolla de Mismaloya condominium complex. Situated on Mismaloya Bay, you are surrounded by mountains and the jungle. Sit on the private balcony with your Margarita and watch the sunset. In the morning, enjoy your coffee in a tranquil setting.

Located about 15 minutes south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. There is access by local bus (bus stop right across from the main entrance to the condos). It is a five minute walk to Mismaloya Village where there are several good restaurants and small grocery stores.

This lovely condo has a fully equipped kitchen, marble floors throughout, dishwasher, washer/dryer, terrace shades and much more.

The La Jolla de Mismaloya condominium is a gated complex, providing 24 hour security. The complex has a swimming pool, 2 jacuzzis, a tennis court, and an exercise room. The "Maria Bonita" patio restaurant is in operation during the high season. Rental fee includes maid service twice-weekly, bed linen change once-weekly and all utilities.

Walk along Mismaloya Beach and stop at one of the palapas on the beach and have a drink or eat lunch. Swim or snorkel in the bay. Most water sports and fishing charters can be arranged on the beach.

Sorry, pets are not allowed. Suitable for 2 persons - no children please.
Our condominium is Non-Smoking, however, smoking is allowed in the public areas.

Weekly prices include maid service twice-weekly, bed linen change once-weekly and all utilities. 50% of total rental is required to reserve the unit and the balance is payable 45 days prior to your stay.

Payment methods accepted include: Bank draft or certified cheque.

Check-in is at 2:00pm and Check-out is 12:00 noon. If possible, we are happy to accomodate early check-in or late check-out.
