Great location by the Monarch Sanctuary. Very clean double master bedroom house with nice updated furnishings. Great place to call home for a few weeks.

Stayed for 5 days in August, 2012
We had a nice long stay here, and as always, Pacific Grove, Monterey and Carmel were all great. However, the house did not seem ready for guest to stay yet. It looks as though a lot of work has been put into this young property, but the back yard is mostly dirt with incomplete fencing, the central air was difficult to navigate, and there was some sort of chemical spilled outside that smelled like varnish. I can't imagine the butterflies in the sanctuary appreciate that. Everything that is at the house is clean and tidy. They just haven't finished developing this rental.
