This sparkling 2 bedroom 2 bath first floor unit is centrally located in the middle of beautiful Shipyard Plantation and offers all vacationers a warm and relaxing villa. New hardwood flooring was added in October 2011 and the living room and dining room were both updated with all new furnishings.

Imagine waking and ending days enjoying one of the best picture-window lagoon views in Shipyard Plantation.

As you enter this villa you are welcomed by a tile entry, on your left is a fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances that will allow your family's "chef" to prepare wonderful meals during your vacation. Beyond the kitchen is the dining area a new glass topped table and counter stools. After your long day down at the beach or pool, it's time to settle in the family area where you will find a pullout sleeper sofa, recliner and swivel side chair for your comfort as you enjoy the view or watch your favorite shows on the new 47" flat panel LCD TV.

Down the hall is the guest bedroom with two twin beds, off of the bedroom is a completely renovated guest bath with a beautiful tiled walk in shower. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hallway with a private bathroom. The master offers a large king bed, and plenty of space to get comfortable. Each morning as you wake you will be able to enjoy the views of the peaceful lagoon and the pool.

Shipyard Plantation is centrally located on beautiful Hilton Head Island and provides easy access to over 200 restaurants, unique shopping, and for your golfers close by 27 golf holes, featuring some of the best kept greens on Hilton Head, along with a grass driving range a short 5 minute drive from the unit back to Shipyard Golf Course. The plantation borders 12 miles of white sandy beach and offers bike paths, lagoons, golf courses, tennis courts, and an abundance of natural beauty.

The Colonnade Club offers a unique secluded feel located at road end, with no through traffic. When you arrive at 175 Colonnade you will be struck by the private resort-like feel of the grounds and this unit's preferred location across from the tree shaded walking and bike path to the beach The Colonnade has an on-site pool that is open April 15th through September, a pool house, and a heated spa. For your outdoor grilling needs one of two community gas grills are located across the lot from this unit. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
