Welcome to Colonnade Club, this is a second floor villa which features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

To the left of the entry foyer is a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a TV, and a connecting door to the hall bathroom.

On the right of the foyer is the fully equipped kitchen. Just off the kitchen you will find the laundry room containing a full-size washer & dryer. In addition, the kitchen has a convenient dining/serving counter with 2 barstools that is open to the formal dining area, where there is a table with seating for 6.

The adjacent living room features comfortable seating for your family to enjoy. The entertainment center supplies TV and DVD player, and a large slider door that opens to a balcony, which will provide hours of relaxing and enjoying the island life.

The master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, a TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.

Shipyard Plantation is centrally located on beautiful Hilton Head Island and provides easy access to over 200 restaurants, unique shopping, and world-class golf.The plantation borders 12 miles of white sandy beach and offers bike paths, lagoons, golf courses, tennis courts, and an abundance of natural beauty.

The Colonnade Club, a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard Plantation, is surrounded by tennis and golf, is close to the beach, and has an on-site pool that is open April 15th through September, a pool house, and a heated spa. For your outdoor grilling needs there are two community gas grills located on the Colonnade Club grounds. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
