Left off of the tiled entry foyer is a sunny guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, a TV/VCR, and a connecting door to the hall bath.

On the right, a semi-circular granite breakfast bar, with 2 stools defines the open kitchen, which is fully equipped and includes a small laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer, iron & ironing board.

Nearby, the formal dining area, with a table for 4, adjoins the bright & sunny living room, which features a sky light and an inviting 3-piece seating group, an entertainment center with new flat screen TV/VCR/DVD, and a large slider door to the balcony where there is a landscape view.

Off of the livingroom, a short hallway leads past the hall bath to the newly carpeted master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, a TV/VCR, a walk-in closet, a sitting area by the large sunny window, and a private bath with double vanities.

Shipyard Plantation is centrally located on beautiful Hilton Head Island and provides easy access to over 200 restaurants, unique shopping, and world-class golf. The plantation borders 12 miles of white sandy beach and offers bike paths, lagoons, golf courses, tennis courts, and an abundance of natural beauty.

The Colonnade Club, a wonderful vacation destination within Shipyard Plantation, is surrounded by tennis and golf, and a comfortable 7 minute walk to the Shipyard Beach Club. For your outdoor grilling needs there are two community gas grills located on the Colonnade Club grounds. There is an on-site pool that is open from April 15th through September, pool house, and heated spa. All this inviting villa needs is YOU!! This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
