Beautiful family home with lakeview, located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Access to Dollar Point?s private beach, pool and tennis courts included.
This 3-story, 3500 sq. ft. lake view home has many extras: downstairs pool table & game room with couch, mini fridge, stereo and TV; hot tub & sauna in spa room (complete with full bath and separate shower); beautiful lake views, pathway along the back of the house, back and side decks with gas BBQ and well-equipped kitchen to name a few. There is a Spanish tile entry into the kitchen and dining room, plus 3/4 bath. The spacious living room features exposed beam ceiling, special stained glass accents, floor-to-ceiling lake view windows, couch, overstuffed chair and loveseat, CD player and stereo. A wood burning fireplace separates the main living room from the den with TV/DVD/VHS, cushioned bench style seating, card table and a wet bar, plus plenty of games!
There are 2 bedrooms and a bath on main living level ? one with 2 twin beds and one with 2 sets of bunks. Upstairs there are 2 mirror-image master suites, with lake views. The first master suite has a king bed and the second a queen bed. Both have full vanity bathrooms.
Dollar Point Association pool, beach, tennis and pier facilities in the summertime. Winter parking for 3 cars with a 1 car garage. High speed internet included (connection not guaranteed)

Great location and house suited out needs without question! A guest from Kenora, Ontario recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in February, 2013 So good considering buying a house in Lake Tahoe! Skiers/boarders paradise. All had a very good week in Tahoe! Kind sad we all had to leave paradise!! You all are very fortunate to live in Tahoe and area! Cheers and thanks!!!! |

Dollar Point House A guest from San Ramon, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2011 Everything was as shown on the Website. We had 7 adults and 2 kids for a few days over Christmas. No complaints. |
