Charming oceanfront beach cottage. Located on the beach in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach near Mayo Clinic and Sawgrass TPC. Completely renovated and in perfect condition!! New air condition, new Anderson Miami Dade approved windows, new gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances with gas range and calcultta marble countertops, new bathrooms. Beautifully landscaped and new pavers!
Sweeping vistas are yours to behold at Sea Pearl Beach House. The living room is homey, with a big HDTV and Blue Ray/ DVD player, luxurious couches and chairs, and a wall of windows that offers a nice view of the ocean. You'll find yourself gravitating to this room at all hours of the day with a good beach read or a glass of something frosty. It's cozy and friendly!
From the living room, of course you must slip out onto the ocean front deck. This deck runs the length of the house, and is your window on the world, overlooking the dunes. A few quick steps away is the beach! The coquina-shell sands of Ponte Vedra Beach, the sparkling waves, and the horizon. If you can wake up early one morning, come out here and witness the dawn breaking over the sea -- there's nothing like it! And watch the sea and shore birds soaring past at all hours. Our beach is long, beautiful, and uncrowded; you will love watching the tides here!
Of course, you can see (and hear) the ocean very well from the kitchen and dining room too. Both of these areas offer big windows with breathtaking views. You'll love how modern and spotlessly clean everything is.
By the way, our kitchen is stocked with everything but food: we've laid in all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and gadgets you need to prepare and serve anything. The side-by-side fridge has ice and water in the door, the freestanding island offers a nice second worktop, and the cabinetry is custom. Of course, you may just find yourself eating out in the terrific local restaurants during this vacation, in which case you'll appreciate the microwave and coffeemaker most of all! But whether you spend 2 fleeting minutes or 2 hours a day in the kitchen, you'll enjoy how well-appointed and pleasant it is.
The bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are down the hall, which is very useful for maintaining quiet when the small children go to bed early and the big ones are still loud and active!
Just as the kitchen is fully supplied, the beds and baths at Sea Pearl Beach House all have fresh linens, blankets, pillows, and towel sets waiting for you. Our laundry room is yours to use, so feel free to pack light. It's so nice not to have to worry about bringing extras when you're on holiday!

Major Plumbing Issues a drag A guest from Lewis Center, OH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 The property is nice and well located, but there is a major plumbing issue for which there was no solution. The bathroom drains, toilets and kitchen sink drain seem to be interlinked. In other words when a toilet was flushed, the kitchen sink would bubble - and so forth. We informed the property manager, who was ultimately quite helpless, though they tried to be nice. We were told by their plumber that the hall bath toilet did not work and to use the toilet in the garage (which is cramped and musty, because there does not appear to be any airflow there). Flushing the garage toilet would make waste bubble out of the garage shower drain - so not a good experience on that front. Jackhammers early in the morning breaking concrete next door were a jarring way to wake up on a few days. The property is however, well located and a few fixes can make it work well for vacationers. Some deck furniture, perhaps an outdoor grill and a few fixtures (eg to hang towels in the bathrooms, keep soap in the shower, a mat to catch water drippings when you step out of the shower, etc. - normal things that one should expect)could significantly improve the experience. However, the drainage issue needs to be fixed or it can ruin a vacation experience for anybody other than those staying in the master bedroom.
