Sitting out here in the early morning, you can inhale the sea breeze, watch the birds flock to the beach for breakfast, and perhaps even catch the last rays of the sunrise coloring the horizon. Just inside the sliding-glass doors, you find yourself in a blue-and-white room with a nautical theme, luxuriously soft white sofas, an entertainment center with cable TV and DVD player, and even a table and chairs. Code? Kerry B. from Kyle, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 Not one code that vrpros gave me worked. We got there at 8pm Saturday and could not get into the front gate luckely an owner pulled up after about 10 min and let us in. I called once we got into the condo and got the new code. Then the password to the wifi was not even close luckely the owner had it on the modem. When we went to the beach I looked at the the lock to get back in and noticed there where only numbers 1-5 the code I was given had a 9 and. A 6 in it that wont work! So I went back to the room to call but what do you know the key i had would not work I was locked out of the room. (That's right one key worked one did not). So I went to walk across the street to see VRpros because my phone was in the room. Guess what did not have the code to get out of the walk gate. The property manager saw be and I guess figured i looked pretty pissed luckely he had an extra key to the condo so he let me in and I noticed the owner left the beach code along with other codes on a cork board luckely he must of figured y'all would not get it right. What really pissed me off about this is y'all send out about 20 emails of the same **** on it over and over, i went back through all of them and all hade the wrong codes except one of them from about 2 months ago had the right main gate code on it but the Next day I was sent another email with the wrong code again. Check in process was horrendous A guest from Summerville, SC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2013 The location was great, it was fairly clean except we had to wash most of the dishes before we used them because they had food residue on them. The biggest complaint I have is that we could not get into our condo. We arrived at 330pm and found there was no lockbox on the door for our key, which we even had a code for. I called the office number and it told me I was dialing the wrong number. I found out later not even the customer service people could get the number to work because the office was closed due to it being a Sunday. No one I spoke to could tell me where the key was located and were sure it was located on the door of the property. Finally a maintenance man showed up from the company and told me he had no clue where the key was because he had never been to this property. He continued to tell me this more than 5 times. Finally he went back to his office and found a key. Which he then told me how hard it was to get and how much trouble it was for him to find. It took us 2.5 hrs to get into our condo. One of the neighbors was great and let us come into her condo because we had our 15month old with us. I really liked the condo location and the beach, and could even deal with having to wash the dishes prior to use, however, because of the horrible customer service I will not be renting through this company again! A Fantastic Home Away from Home A guest from Antwerp, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 91 days in December, 2012 This vacation condo is a beautifully decorated and fully equipped getaway with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Everything is high of quality from the works of art on the walls to the brand new king sized bed. The kitchen has Thomasville cabinets and is a great place to cook delicious meals. One of the few condos in the complex with an internet connection. The people at Quail Hollow are welcoming and friendly. I rent this wonderful condo winter after winter. It truly is a fantastic home away from home.
