We absolutely loved Mountain Bliss. It was wonderful. And the price we got it at was unbelievable. Our check in and check out process was amazing. I've never experienced such an easy process. The cabin itself was beautiful. The theater room was to die for. We had a lot of fun in the game room. The view was beautiful. The outside of the cabin looks so cool. The beds and couch were really comfy. There was tons of room as the cabin was very large. It was about 15 minutes away from Gatlinburg/Dollywood etc. The problem we had was with the cleanliness of the cabin. Not that it was filthy, it's just that more time and care could have been taken. For instance, the table had some stains on it, the floors needed vaccumed more, everything could have been dusted more (especially the window sills which were in dire need) the porch and doors needed a good cleaning, the pool table top was dirty, the sheets (while fresh) were wrinkled, the grill had not been cleaned at all for quite a while we could tell, and the furniture had not been moved to clean underneath as there was some trash left underneath some pieces. That being said, I do realize that the cleaners only have about 5 hours to clean a 3200 sq ft home so I understand how that would be difficult to get every single detail. My suggestion would be to add more cleaning staff so that a real thorough job could be done. And perhaps, on a day when nobody is coming or going, really cleaning it in all the crevices. Some of the furniture like the couch and tables need to be replaced as they are getting beaten up. Please don't let those comments stop you from staying here though...we would stay again in a heartbeat. The place is luxurious and while some minor details were missed in the cleaning, I never felt like I was in a dirty place. When we go back to the smokies we will definitely be using elk springs again.
