A separate log cabin near the Maaselän Etappi country holiday farm, Hoikikanlampi -bond (20m) in their own grounds. The cottage a warm area 30 m² + loft (sloping ceilings, maximum height 2 m). On the ground floor combinated kitchen-livingroom with a sofa bed for 1-2 child, a bedroom with a 120 cm wide bed, sauna (wooden heated), shower/ wc. Loft with two separate beds (80 cm), a small door to the balcony overlooking the pond.

Additional information: The cottage is a veranda overlooking the pond. A smoke sauna available for extra charge (50 eur/heating) (with outside heating hole). Boat and dock. In the yard there is also an old cottage in the building, which is a storage place. Kajaani 50 km, Sotkamo 33 km. Vuokatti ski slope 30 km, pond 0,02 km (Hoikanlampi), there is possibility of catching salmon, fishing licenses from Maanselän Etappi.

Check in at 4 pm on arrival day and check out at 12 am on departure day, also in case of a weekend stay. The price includes the accommodation. NOT INC. final cleaning and bed linen. These can be ordered beforehand at extra price. * no pets in apartment, not suitable for allergic.
