Cottage has geothermal heating system. Drinking water delivered by owner.

Separate sauna building (26 m2) with room with fireplace, washroom, shower and electric light. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Water pipe from the lake, owner brings drinking water.

New, spacious holiday home on natural plot in peaceful place on shore facing evening sun. At north end of Lake Koivujärvi ‘Kesäterassi Ee-Saastamoinen’ is open in summer for dances, serves beer, 14 km. Urho Kekkonen’s birth place ‘Lepikon Torppa’ 47 km.

Owner heats smoke sauna by arrangement for extra charge and offers snowmobile safaris (winter), and lake trips in large boat (summer).

During Christmas time there is a Christmas tree in the cottage. Also possibility for Santa Claus visits (for extra charge, to be agreed with the owner).
