Planed log building 2011, living room/kitchen with high ceiling, hall, vestibule, 2 bedrooms, 2 beds in each, washroom/WC and open terrace. Upstairs hall double bed, separate WC. Building has geothermal heating system. No fireplace in this building.

Lakeshore sauna (30 m²) has room with fireplace, usual kitchen equipment (fridge, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher), convertible sofa for 2 persons, washroom with shower cubicle and WC, open terrace on two sides. Sleeping loft with double bed and 2 beds and balcony. Internet connection by lightkabel. This holiday home’s buildings are located on a sunny promontory; shore has long jetty with a platform at far end for relaxation, etc. Beach partly in natural condition. Safe sandy shore for children next to jetty; boat moorings on other side. On shore a log-built changing cabin, barbecue grill terrace with seats and table. Ideal location for 2 families at a time. There is a convertible sofa in the living room which can be used as an alternative bed.

Rent includes fishing rights for one person; two ‘katiska’ fish traps are provided. Owner rents out motorboat (10 hp).

Boat journey to Kylpylähotelli Kivitippu (spa hotel) and golf course 2 km and to Lappajärvi town centre 2.7 km. Halkosaari summer theatre and dance pavilion 4 km, Vimpeli 12 km, Kruunupyy airport 75 km, Kauhava 50 km. Lakeaharju ski resort 18 km.
