The entry foyer opens to a spacious living room with carpeted flooring, 2 comfortable sofas, 2 inviting side chairs & ottomans, a wall mounted 55" TV over the fireplace, and a full wall of windows overlooking the pool, the landscaped yard, and the lagoon beyond. The adjacent formal dining room has a large table with seating for 8.

The kitchen affords access to the screened in porch room, a big laundry room, and the 2-car garage. There is a table for 4 that looks out over the lagoon.
There is a master bedroom off the kitchen, that has a king bed, 42" TV, and private bathroom with a new tiled shower. This room also has private access to the screened in porch and overlooks the lagoon.

The Second master is large and has a king bed, 42" TV and full bathroom with a tub and stand alone shower. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds that has a trundle bed and also an extra twin bed beside it, a children's paradise with a TV and bathroom of their own.

The pool was built in fall of 2012 with a 3-5 foot range, your family is sure to enjoy. The lagoon offers plenty of wildlife to see and explore.
