Welcome to Aphrodite’s Palace – This newly constructed 11,000 sq foot gated residence is set on its own island in Bonita Springs with unsurpassed views of Estero Bay.

The home has been named after the Greek goddess of love. Anyone who resides at this magnificent residence will certainly fall in love with its 5 suites all named after some of the most beautiful Greek Islands. Its 6,000 sq foot outdoor living area is comprised of an imposing Infinity Edge swimming pool complete with spa, stepping stones and waterfalls, outdoor fireplaces and wet bar including a fabulous cook-out area and flat screen TV. All this with unrestricted views of Estero Bay. This 5 bedroom 9 bathroom residence provides the ultimate in luxury living.


The main Living Area is centered around the fireplace with flat screen TV above with marble floors throughout and spectacular views of the bay and the pool area. The self-enclosing patio doors open up the whole of the living area giving easy access to the outdoor patio area with fire place, flat screen TV, wet bar, full bathroom and BBQ area. Electronic sun screens are on hand to diffuse the morning sunrise.


The main Dining Room features seating for 8 people with views of the Infinity Edge pool and Ostego Bay beyond. Next to the main Dining Room is the Piano Room where a grand piano sits awaiting the pianist of the family. No worries if you cannot play as the grand piano has a computer which will play any melody of your choice.


Still on the ground floor, Aphrodite’s Palace offers a Billiards Room set on a beautiful bamboo wood flooring. Adjacent to the Billiards Room is the Home Theatre Room with ample seating for everyone and a projector screen to show all the movies you could wish for in a true cinema environment.


The kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances and granite countertops. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cocktail lounge and seating for everyone. This is a great meeting place prior to going out to some of the great restaurants Bonita Springs has to offer.


Moving up the grand hardwood circular staircase to the second floor a marble floored atrium offers views of the main Dining Room and Piano Room below and Estero Bay beyond. Three of the 5 suites are on the upper level along with the Yoga and Exercise Room.


Master Suite:
The Crete boasts a spectacular entrance into a truly imposing Master Suite with over 1000 sq foot of living area including a His and Her bathrooms and dressing areas.
The main bathroom offers a magnificent walk-through shower with an overhead rainfall shower and side jets to massage all your worries away. The centerpiece of the bathroom is an oversized tub complete with Jacuzzi jets. There is also a private balcony with views of the Estero Bay and beyond. The private sitting area has a flat screen TV gives unsurpassed views of the bay. An open fire place is the centerpiece of the Crete Suite. The large sliding self-enclosing patio doors hideaway into the walls to make the master suite part of the outside patio area with breath taking views of the pool area and the bay beyond.


2nd
The Rhodes Suite sits adjacent to The Corfu Suite and is accessed via the Billiards Room. The Rhodes Suite greets you with a large King sleigh bed, redwood furniture housing the TV with matching dresser and mirror. The floor-to-ceiling drapes open to views of the Infinity Edge Pool and Ostego Bay. The En-suite bathroom features a light marble large garden tub, walk-in shower and double vanity.


3rd
The Corfu Suite, like the Rhodes Suite, this suite is accessed just off the billiard room. The king bed sits majestically in a tray wall, complimenting the tray ceiling, the furniture comprises of a dresser, mirror two night stands presented in washed oak. The En-suite bathroom offers a floor to ceiling tiled shower and single marble vanity.


4th
The Kos Suite Ideally located on the upper level, as you immerse into the Kos Suite you are presented with wonderful décor including tray ceilings, sitting area and flat screen TV positioned beautifully into the wall like a painting. Comprising of a king bed, which faces the private balcony which boast views to the South and East, with the resort style swimming pool just below. The En-suite bathroom offers a grand walk in shower, single vanity and marble floors.


5th
The Lemnos Suite is situated on the upper level of the home, comprising of grand entranceway into the suite, featuring 2 twin beds, entertainment center, private balcony with views of the bay to the North. The Lemnos suite offer its own en-suite bathroom, with walk in shower, earth tone marble flooring and an exquisite vanity.


This magnificent residence has been constructed with total Smart Home Innovation in mind. All lights, shutters and screens are touch-pad. A full orientation will be given to all guests to familiarize the guests with the features of Aphrodite’s Palace.
