Spacious studio of 400 sq. with a breathtaking view on the ocean. This unit sleeps 2 people, great for couples, and has one queen size bed, a nice bathroom with tub/shower and hair dryer. A flat TV screen and high speed wireless internet.The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare home cooked meals and offers a full size fridge, two burners, oven, microwave, cookware, utensils. The building has a great location with easy access to public transporation, 15mn away from South Beach and 7mn away from Bal Harbour area. It also includes several amenities such as a large pool, groceries store, bar, restaurant and a free valet parking.

Pros: Nice room and space. Decorated nicely. great management, pool and beach a few feet away.Cons:Bathroom needs to be updated (esp the tub and shower curtain), stains on kitchen tiles floor, empty tv mount on wall (tv on stand), you can hear EVERYTHING and everyone through the walls (but its miami and no one sleeps :D )overall great experience.
