Great location at Red Hawk Lodge! First floor with ski slope and gondola views. Granite countertop in kitchen, updated hardware, faucets, tile flooring, flat screen TV's and bedding. 264074
Unit Size And Quality ***** (5 Stars ) This sought after condo has 830 square feet with nice furnishings including a sleeper sofa. The full kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need to cook a meal away from home. Thre is a bistro style table that seats two and the breakfast bar easily seats 4 people comfortably. After an active day, you can relax in the living room in front of the charming gas fireplace and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV with Blu Ray player. For your convenience, the owner installed an I Home for your Iphone or Ipod. The master bedroom features a king sized bed and cable, flatscreen TV, as well as a private bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom features a queen bed with new bedding and flat screen TV. There is a second full bath complete with plenty of linens.
VIEWS ***** (5 Stars) The many windows and the balcony will allow you to enjoy fantastic views of the ski slopes and the gondola. Relax and enjoy watching skiers come down the main run for the River Run base area.
PROXIMITY TO ACTIVITIES ***** (4 Stars) Walk to the gondola and ski school, which are approximately 50 yards away from Red Hawk Lodge. Red Hawk Lodge is also just a short 2 minute walk into the heart of village where you will find restaurants, shops, and ski/bike rental facilities.
BUILDING QUALITY & AMENITIES BUILDING *****(5 Stars) Red Hawk Lodge was built in 1999 and features wonderful amenities for guests to enjoy. Enjoy no hassle parking in the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building. If you are traveling with friends and family, you can gather in the lobby sitting areas and enjoy the fireplace or pool table (located just down the hall from this condo).
There is also a year-round heated pool and 8-person hot tub that is used exclusively by Red Hawk Lodge guests. After a long day, you can enjoy the steam room and fitness facilities. Ski lockers are also located on the bottom floor of the building to store all of your equipment.
Special services that we offer include fast check-in service, flexible check-in and out times, a generous amount of towels during your stay, trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dish washing detergent and liquid, sponge for washing dishes, trial sized soap and shampoo.
For an additional fee we offer XBOX 360's, Playstation 3's, Nintendo Wii's and the NEW iPad 2. Rent one of these amazing devices and let your kids have a blast while you relax. Great location, great room, but poor service. Daniel M. from Littleton, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2013 The room is in a great location, was very comfortable, spacious, and nice. Unfortunately, there were a few problems that made our stay a little less enjoyable. First, when we arrived, we found the room had not been completely cleaned. There were used towels on the floor and hanging up, one of the toilets was not flushed, and there were m&ms on the floor. I am assuming the previous tenant paid the same cleaning fee I did, so this was surprising and disappointing to see. Second, one of the hot tubs in the building was not working and the other hot tub was always too crowded to ever be used. A hut tub is usually one of the highlights of a ski resort trip and we were disappointed to not be able to use it during our stay. Finally, it sounded like there was construction (or at hamering) going on in the room above us into the late hours of the night. This cost us a lot of sleep. It was a very pleasant room and perhaps we just had poor timing, but our stay was not a good one. Next time I will just pay extra and stay in a room managed by Keystone itself. With the exception of the room not being cleaned when you arrived, all the other issues were the direct responsibility of Keystone. They manage the building. They maintain the hot tubs. They manage the unit next door that had the hammering. We are sorry these issues happened and we are always happy to deal with Keystone on your behalf. Unfortunately, we cannot address your issues after-the-fact. |

The mattress was all springs, really unbelievable and unsleepable. Our son had to sleep on the floor instead since it was just hard, not jabbing like the fold out mattress. |

The condo was a good size and very clean. The staff was super helpful whenever we needed something. Kate at the office was very pleasent to work with. The 3 minute walk across the parking lot to the ticket office and gondola was also great. Will definitely stay agi next time we head out to Keystone! |

Stayed for 6 days in January, 2013 The building location give very easy access to the main gondola in Keystone, just a tiny walk away. Unit 2212 has a back porch sliding door facing the mountain, you can walk straight in and out from skiing or the village shops.Having no cleaning service was a bit of a drag. After several days with multiple adults and kids, I would have killed for a vacuum cleaner.Also, the pool/hot tubs are adequate, but nothing fancy.No serious complaints, it was a great unit and made for an excellent vacation.
