They all say great views, but it seems to be just luck. The cabin was spotless and had plenty of amenities, but there was a musty smell that was pretty strong. A recurring problem I have when renting from this company is that the electronics are never hooked up right when we arrive. The tv in the second bedroom wouldn't turn on at all. However, if you can figure that stuff out on your own, then its pretty nice and better priced than some others. |

Great First Experience in Gatlinburg Patty F. from Amelia, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 We were very satisfied with our stay at the Beary Cozy cabin. The entire facility was very comfortable, well maintained and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with a wonderful grill on the deck. Loved the hot tub to relax in the evening. Very cool game room downstairs. Thoroughly enjoyed the community pool, although the outside access needs some maintenance, so getting to it took some figuring out. Conveniently located with regard to a large grocery store as well as access to the GSM National Park. I would suggest that management include information about that grocery store to guests. Overall a positive experience, a good value and would definitely return or recommend to others. |

Not the best Amanda M. from Oakhill, WV does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 The cabin seemed to be clean. However, we were killing ants, and yellow hornets the entire stay inside the cabin and I had my infant son with me. The freezer was left open by either the people prior to us or the cleaning personnel and we could not keep drinks or milk cold in the fridge because of it. There were no lights around the hot tub to see to get in it or even how to turn it on, when we found the buttons they did not work. The stopper in the bathtub did not work so bathing my child was difficult. We could not get the Wii or the dvd player to work. Overall the stay was less than pleasant in this particular cabin. I have stayed with AMR previously and didnt have any problems thats why I stayed this time. But was very dissatisified with the quality and up keep on this cabin. I understand bugs and complications in a cabin in the woods but this was way more than that. Espically for someone who is allergic to bees. |
