Koh Samui 2 br Vacation Rental Villa

This beautiful, private, villa has a large tropical garden that is taken up, in the main, by a pool. There is a small outdoor dining table and a covered dining area under an open sided sala. The bedrooms in this villa are separated by the lounge, offering privacy for two couples or two friends sharing. The spacious lounge is furnished with high end fittings and has big screen entertainment on its flat screen TV. The wooden beamed ceiling and rattan furnishings create the sort of atmosphere you would find in a large cottage and the well equipped kitchen opens up a world of self catering.

Bedrooms: The bedrooms in this villa have king size beds, wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms and double doors leading onto small private terraces. These tastefully decorated rooms have remote controlled air-conditioning units and comfortable furnishings.
Bathroom: The en-suite bathrooms are tastefully designed in neutral shades with mirrors, showers and western style high end fittings.

Dining room:

There is no dining area per say within this villa however it has a large coffee table in the lounge and both covered and open air dining tables in the garden.

Kitchen:

This stylish western style kitchen has light wooden cupboards and ample mottled granite work surfaces with a two ringed gas hob. Here you will find a kettle, toaster, rice cooker, coffee maker and microwave as well as cooking utensils, a large fridge freezer and household products such as an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Living rooms:

The lounge is spacious, minimalistic in design and has attractive wall hangings, wooden carvings and Buddha statues. The large screen TV and DVD are housed in a large attractive wood and rattan unit.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.

Check In 1300 hrs - Check Out 1100 hrs.

*Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10.30am, although early arrival and late departure may be possible on request subject to availability.

*Please note the rates are exclusive of 10% service charge
*10% service charge and 7% local tax are payable on items purchased whilst in Samui
