Beach Villa #1 is a 3 bedroom, 3-bath, end unit tucked just behind the dunes on the beach in Palmetto Dunes Resort. The inside of the villa, updated with a flavor of Tuscany, features new furnishings, tile flooring, and stylish sisal area rugs.

Upon entering the foyer, a short hallway leads straight through to an L-shaped, two-story greatroom. The room begins with the dining area that has a large table with seating for eight and then opens to a spacious living area across the front, which includes an overstuffed sofa and loveseat, two comfortable side chairs, an entertainment center with TV/VCR/DVD, and two large slider doors.

The sliders provide a beautiful ocean view and open to a stone patio with lounge chairs, gas and charcoal grills, and an outdoor dining table. In addition, an outdoor stairway leads up to a large sundeck that overlooks the dunes, the beach, and the Atlantic Ocean.

The galley-style kitchen features all new appliances, cabinets, and countertops, as well as a wall cut-out over the sink that provides an ocean view through one of the slider doors.

Back to the entry foyer, hallways to the right and left lead to three bedrooms, all with cathedral ceilings and private baths, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an armoire with TV/VCR, and a large wall of windows with the ocean view and a slider door opening to a private patio with several lounge chairs. The master bath features a large walk-in shower. Across the hall is a bedroom with two Queen beds and slider doors to a private patio with a native landscape view. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Down the opposite hallway and past the laundry room is a bedroom with two queen-size beds and a full wall of windows with slider doors that provide an ocean view and open to a third private patio area.

Palmetto Dunes is a 2000 acre oceanfront resort that reaches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under highway 278 that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops, restaurants, and Mall.

Beach Villas, located within Palmetto Dunes Resort, are directly on the ocean and are steps away from an on-site pool, which is open April through September.
