Location:
This is one of the best locations in the region at Pratumnak Hill, directly situated between Pattaya and Jomtien. Just 200 meters away from Cosy Beach, which is considered one of the nicest beaches in the region, Pratumnak Hill is home to some great restaurants, both Thai and International, alongside convenience stores, bars and massage establishments. Within a 10-minute drive, you can be at the beaches of Jomtien or Pattaya, many shopping centers such as Central Festival, Big C, Tesco Lots and Makro. This is simply one of the best holiday locations in Thailand.

Accommodation

Bedrooms:
The two bedrooms are upstairs and have access to the large first floor terrace. Both are doubles and en-suite, have air-conditioning and provide that standard of luxury associated with the Thailand Holiday Homes brand.

Bathroom:
There are three bathrooms in the property. The house bathroom downstairs provides convenience for residents and guests alike especially after a good swim in the private pool. Upstairs the en-suite bathrooms are well appointed and one has a full size bath.

Dining room:
There are plenty of options for dining in style here whilst on holiday. There is the formal dining table with its four matching chairs, and attractive stone tables and benches in the outside areas for those romantic meals in tropical breezes.

Kitchen:
The white themed kitchen has all the appliances to create the highest quality meals during your stay. These include an American style fridge, an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a coffee maker. Meal preparation here is an absolute delight.

Living rooms:
The living area is light and airy with pleasing garden views through the many windows. There is a large flat-screen TV with satellite channels to cater for your holiday entertainment needs.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.



Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.

The properties are approximately 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people in luxury minibus with their luggage for 2600 Baht each way or taxi at 2000 Baht.
