This beautifully modern four-bedroom villa in Jomtien is situated just 2.2km from the beach and just further away to lots of restaurants and nightlife options. The first thing you will notice when seeing this villa is the large swimming pool with adjoining Jacuzzi on the back garden with a monumental cascading water feature. Surrounded by a tall perimeter wall, you can enjoy lots of seclusion and privacy.

The villa has four ensuite bedrooms, a spacious living area, dining room and a fully equipped western standard kitchen. The wrap-around wooden terrace starts at the pool and moves all the way around the back side of the property, providing you with a great place to relax outdoors and watch the world go by.

Location:
The location at Jomtien is very convenient for your Pattaya holiday, situated just 2.2km from the beach and 1.5km from many nightlife options. Jomtien is home to many restaurants, massage establishments and water sport choices. If you want to visit Pattaya Beach Road and Walking Street, you can be there in just a 10-minute drive. Shopping centers such as Tesco Lotus, Big C, Villa Market, Central Festival and Makro can also be reached within a 10-minute drive.
Accommodation

Bedrooms:
Of the four bedrooms, there are two king-size doubles with four-poster arrangements for mosquito nets, and TVs. The third is a twin room, and the fourth a single. They all have good light through the windows and air-conditioning.

Bathroom:
The four bathrooms in the villa are en-suite with their relative bedrooms. They all have toilets, showers and wash hand basins. Additionally the main ensuite has a full size bath for that added feel of luxury.

Dining room:
The dining room table with its six carved back dining chairs is set conveniently for ease of serving from the kitchen. A breakfast bar with stools or other dining sets on the terrace offer alternative outside dining options.

Kitchen:
The modern European-style kitchen has everything to provide for your self-catering experience. There is a built-in electric oven, a stovetop, microwave and fridge with freezer above. There is also a washing machine to take care of the holiday clothes.

Living rooms:
The spacious living room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa arrangement for kicking back and relaxing whilst watching the large flat-screen TV with international channels. A ceiling fan here offers an alternative to air-conditioning especially when the many patio doors are opened up to allow the Pacific breezes to waft in through the mosquito screens.

Prices are per week, bookings of less than 4 night maybe surcharged at 15%. Payment - 15% booking deposit required, 35% eight weeks prior to travel, balance payable in Thai Baht on arrival at the property.



Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.

The properties are approximately 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people in luxury minibus with their luggage for 2600 Baht each way or taxi at 2000 Baht.
