Memories of a Hilton Head Island vacation will last a lifetime and they can begin right here in this 1st floor, 3 bedroom, and 3-bath Ocean One villa.

Beach-friendly tile flooring is found in the foyer, the hallways, and the kitchen, but your weary feet will also delight in the new berber carpeting in the bedrooms and the spacious living/dining room.

A short hallway to the right of the foyer gives access to bedroom #1, with two full beds, a TV, and a private bath, and to the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a full-size washer and dryer, a walk-in pantry, and a dining/serving counter with two barstools that is open to the dining room.

A second hallway on the left leads to bedroom #2 with a king sized bed, an armoire with TV/VCR/DVD, a slider door to a small patio with a landscape view, and a private bath, and to bedroom #3, which has two twin beds, TV/VCR and a private bath.

Straight ahead is the beautifully furnished living/dining room that features a stylish tropical motif. The formal dining area, which may also be accessed directly from the kitchen, has a table with seating for six and a matching server buffet. The adjoining livingroom features an overstuffed 3-piece seating group which includes a pull out Queen sleeper sofa, a TV/VCR/DVD, and a slider door to the patio, which has an outdoor dining table and a landscape view.

The Ocean One pool is open from April through September. 2 car passes are permitted Memorial Day to Labor Day.
