Even though it is set in a busy area the bedrooms are very silent, with high-ceiling and original affrescos in most of the rooms. The two bedrooms are equipped with the apartments two air conditioning/heating units. The main areas of the apartment have a lot of natural light, which enhances the sense of internal space. The kitchen is fairly big and fully equipped. One will find the entrance hall large and bright too.

All bathrooms are spacious, with showers and nice finishing. The living room has a fireplace and a library. It is a special place in the house, where one can enjoy relaxing moments after a day walking through the city. If you want to be connected with the world during your staying, no problem. The apartment has wifi internet and a TV with digital signal.

Walking distance to all major touristic spots in Florence, such as: Piazza Santo Spirito, Piazza del Carmine, Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and everything else in Centro Storico (the old town). A few steps away from the apartment you have plenty of public transportation, if you find necessary using it. No more than 200 meters away you will find a well-served supermarket (Esselunga). Nevertheless, you will find many other convenience stores and small local shops just a few meters far from your doorstep. You will also find plenty of restaurants, with high quality Italian food and other well ranked ones, in the area of apartment.

Situated 10 minutes away from the Central Station (Santa Maria Novella) the apartment has the perfect location when it comes to stay central, but far from the regular touristy crowds that one finds in the core of city.
