This beautiful ground floor Florence apartment rental is located opposite the house of Michelangelo and only short distances from Piazza Santa Croce and Sant’Ambrogio’s daily farmers market.

Tastefully renovated in a contemporary style, this holiday accommodation opens into an open kitchen/dining area, with a mezzanine living area above to take full advantage of the stunning double height ceiling. The kitchen is fully equipped with laundry facilities.

Flowing through from the kitchen is a modern luxury bathroom with shower and the first bedroom featuring high ceilings and original features as well as the double bed and storage space.

The second bedroom has a double bed, desk and wardrobe and on the mezzanine above is a further single bed. The second bathroom has been renovated to the same high standards with luxury fittings and shower.

To accommodate larger groups, this Florence apartment rental is located in the same building as our Ghibellina 69 3P and Ghibellina 69 4BD apartments. Please inquire with our sales department about renting multiple apartments within same building.

Our family of 5 stayed in #69 Via Ghibellini apartment from 7/5 - 7/13/2011. We had an excellent experience starting with correspondence with Christine and Lorenzo. When we arrived, Cesare was wonderful explaining everything and give us tips about where to go in the city for eating and entertainment etc. Our check out was handled beautifully by Matias!
The apartment is spacious enough for 5 adults and absolutely beautiful!! It is in a great location and being on the 1st floor was perfect for us!
The only suggestion we felt would make this apartment perfect was having 3 fans instead of 2 . It would keep the whole space cool enough as there is no AC. Also, the addition of a phone. If there was an emergency within the apartment there was no way to contact anyone for help.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!

We stayed at the Via Ghibelina apartment and loved everything about it, especially the location. It is in a very central location within walking distance to just about everything. Check-in and check-out was extremely easy. We couldn't have stayed in a better location.

We stayed at this 2 bedroom apartment for a week and it was wonderful. Very nice large apartment in a perfect location. It is ideal for two couples. Everything is close including the market and good restaurants. You can walk to all major attractions.
Check-in and check-out was a VERY good experience. They are very professional, accommodating, and friendly. They gave us a lot of recommendations and we especially loved the recommendation to see the sunset at Piazelle Michelangelo.
