It has a very well equipped kitchen. I am glad for the table and chairs in the kitchen also as it gives more personal space and makes the condo seem larger. The seating area in the master bedroom is great. And the sink in the bedroom is a great asset. The beach chairs and umbrella were truly appreciated. The two flat televisions were really nice to have. A flat tv to sit on the dresser in guest room is needed. Also a better mattress in the master bedroom. We do love the condo...three accesses to the screened linai...the view. We recommend it highly! |

A Great Place to Relax A guest from Pine Bush, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 30 days in April, 2012 I stayed at the Sands of Marco a couple of years ago in search of a unit that would enable me to bring my wheel chair bound son. The layout is very spacious and we had minimal issues with the step up and doorways. The people that we met there were extremely friendly. The unit was very clean and it was nice to have Residents Beach across the road giving a nice view of the gulf. We had a problem with the dishwasher and a broken coffee pot; I made a call to the rental agency and everything was fixed within a day. My only complaint was that the beds were too hard and could use a mattress pad or comfort top for renters who don't have back problems. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. I hope to go back again soon. |

The Sands of Marco Jeffrey O. from Bloomfield, CT recommends this property. Stayed for 60 days in February, 2012 Everything was satisfactory with the unit and the service provided by MIVP. In fact, we expressed our desire to return to this same unit in 2013, but MIVP then rented it to someone else and we were locked out. We still haven't found a unit at The Sands for 2013. This really spoiled our experience with MIVP and has caused us a lot of anxiety as we spent the remaining weeks of our stay trying to find a comparable rental for next year. |
