Enjoyable short stay A guest from Lake Oswego, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2013 We stayed only 2 nights, en route to another place in the Hana area. In that short time we had several pleasant conversations with residents and staff, and were impressed with how friendly and unpretentious everyone was. The view from the adjacent beach was wonderful and the sandy beach itself was just fine. Only glitch for us was to discover the hard way that there were tiny ants lurking in the kitchen just waiting for the doughnuts we brought home. It was a quick reminder of how one has to make good use of containers that seal, and the refrigerator, in a tropical location. Not really a complaint, just how it is. One of the TV/computer cables had a broken connector, but we figured that out and fortunately there was an extra cable in the cabinet. The unit overall was compact but perfectly adequate for us two. We'd stay there again without hesitation. |
