A huge terrace on top of the city, nearby the beach and only a few minutes walking distance away from the Sagrada Familia. The apartment is very bright and perfect for up to 4 guests.

The apartment
This apartment is a roomy attic on the 6th floor of a building located in a nice and quiet area of Barcelona, only one minute walking distance to the metro station Marina. A huge terrace on the city (25mts) decorated with a few cactus and enriched with a comfortable sofa and a small table that paint a proper outdoor living-room facing the sea… the best location for the summer’s vacation!
A modern design in 70mts recently renovated with 1 panoramic view bedroom (double), full equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Elegantly furnished, this bright apartment has also 2 sofas (not sofa beds), for 2 guests more and a good-sized bathroom with shower. All linens and towels are provided.
Family and dog friendly, this is the perfect apartment for an unforgettable stay in Barcelona.
Here you can also find other facilities like Wi-Fi connection, washing machine and hair-dryer. The Location

Located in nice quiet area, 1 minute by foot from the metro station Marina. At a walking distance to the beach (5 streets away). 10min walking from Ciutadella Parc and the Arc of Triomf and 15 minutes walking from the Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia. Also the Estaciò del Nord (North Station) is very close. From here you can find buses for a trip outside Barcelona and also a comfortable transfer from and to Girona’s Airport.
Last but not least, only a few blocks away from the apartment you can find the renowned Razzmatazz, one of the most important concert hall and disco of Barcelona.

Please call us at 0034 645 06 53 79 as soon you arrive at the airport and have your luggage with you. Do not send a text message (SMS) as we cannot see them.
This call is very important, in this way you will meet us at the apartment’s address (Carrer de Ausias Marc, 125) avoiding long waiting in the street. Should you not make this call in advance, you might have to wait half of an hour.
Any delay or issue, please call us immediately (0034 645 06 53 79) so that we can arrange for someone to wait for you (unfortunately we don’t have a 24 hour reception!)
Check-in time: our standard time is between 15 and 21 hours.
