This roomy apartment has 190sqm of comfort, it is ideal for a big family or a group of friends since it can host up to 15 people. Elegantly furnished and very stylish to provide you all the comfort you may need during your stay in Barcelona. Has seven bedrooms with 12 single beds and a double bed. Also, has three complete bathrooms with 4 showers.
The apartment is completely equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD reader, washing machine, dryer, music player, radio and of course the useful Wi-Fi connection. You can also find a completely equipped kitchen with all the necessary to feel at home: Microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, boiler, toaster, oven, iron and all the utensils you may need to prepare a nice dinner in community.
The apartment is located in walking distance to Plaza Universidad and Plaza Catalunya.
The area is really safe, even at night, with a lot of supermarkets, bakeries, banks, delicatessen, bars and restaurants and also a useful parking just down the building.
Very close you can find the the metro station L5 Hospital Clinic and a lot of buses going back and forth. The buses 43 and 44 will bring you to the chic area Eixample Paseig de Gracia where Gaudi’s houses are (you can also arrive there in ten minutes walking distance) and the bus 59 arrives to the beach and to the old fisherman’s village La Barceloneta.

This call is very important, in this way you will meet us at the apartment’s address (Carrer de Ausias Marc, 125) avoiding long waiting in the street. Should you not make this call in advance, you might have to wait half of an hour.
Any delay or issue, please call us immediately (0034 645 06 53 79) so that we can arrange for someone to wait for you (unfortunately we don’t have a 24 hour reception!)
Check-in time: our standard time is between 15 and 21 hours.
