You and your friends can have the chance to enjoy a relaxing and luxury vacation staying in one of the most fascinating location of the world: the Sagrada Familia area. The entrance of the most charming monument of Spain is only two minutes far from this apartment of 110 sqm and the area is full of restaurants and shops, supermarket, bakeries and souvenir shops. The house is only 10 minutes walking distance far from the houses by Gaudì (Passeo de Gracia) and it is served with the metro station and several autobus lines. It is the perfect apartment for up to 10 guests with its 3 double bedrooms with single beds and a double bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
The two bathroom will guarantee the comfort of a peaceful life in common and the smart living room will give you the chance to enjoy a glass of wine or a dinner you can cook in the fully equipped open kitchen, decorated in a classy red. Here you will find dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electrical cooker, kettle, oven, fridge with freezer and vitroceramic cooktop. In the apartment you’ll also find iron, hair dryer, TV, DVD reader, air conditioning (and heating), Internet, washing-machine and tumble dryer.
The decoration of the apartment, the warming atmosphere of its spaces and the position of the apartment will welcome you in the Barcelona you always dreamed of.


The apartment is located in the residential area of Eixample, very safe and quiet even if it is only a few meters far from many shops, banks, bars and restaurants. Only 5 minutes walking distance away from the Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia, it is a pleasure to discover every day the most important church of the world when going out!
The area is very well connected to the rest of the city by bus and metro trains: 2 metro lines like the yellow and the violet one, the bus #10 takes you straight to the beach within 12 minutes and the #47 leaves you in Plaza Cataluña.
If you like to walk and you want to discover the Catalan capital by yourself you can be sure this is the best solution for your stay because of the very close distances between this place and the renown beauties of Barcelona. You can arrive to the Paseig de Gracia in 15 minutes to visit the Gaudì’s houses, in 15 minutes you can arrive to Plaza Cataluña and the Ramblas. Also in 15 minutes walking distance you are in the Gothic Area with its Cathedral and a few meters away you can find the Borne area with the Catedral del Mar. You can also enjoy the Barceloneta’s beach in 15 minutes walking distance or visit this area to find a low-cost restaurant to eat fresh fish or the typical paella. Restaurants and tapas bar are everywhere around the apartment but we would suggest you to try the Galician restaurant Aytor, a few meters away from the Sagrada Familia (in Calle Serdenya) , where you can taste very good Spanish wine and the wonderful tapas.

This call is very important, in this way you will meet us at the apartment’s address (Carrer de Ausias Marc, 125) avoiding long waiting in the street. Should you not make this call in advance, you might have to wait half of an hour.

Check-in time: our standard time is between 15 and 21 hours.
