A stylish apartment close to the lively Plaza Universidad, where up to 10 friends are welcome in the classy atmosphere of the centre of Barcelona.

The Apartment

Bright and huge apartment, stylishly furnished and recently renewed in the heart of the Eixample, very close to the Plaza Universitad and only a few hundred meters away from Plaza Catalunya.
Decorated with two charming big portraits of a catalan contemporary well known photographer, is a welcoming place for big families and group of friends with the desire of a quiet vacation in Barcelona.
Ideal for up to 10 guests, the apartment has: 5 double rooms and a fully equipped and large kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee machine, combi fridge, kettle and utensils. The 2 bathroom are complete: one with shower and the second one with bathtub. The sunny living room has 2 comfortable sofas to rest a bit during the day or hang out in the evenings. A big screen full HD LED television and the Wi-Fi connection, a telephone to receive the incoming calls (and to contact us any time…) and the two hairdryer, washing machine, Air Conditioned, iron, sheets and towels enrich the house with all the comforts you may need in Barcelona to feel at home.
The mannequins of the portraits, with their charming stares will enchant you meanwhile your friends and you can enjoy your dinner or breakfast sitting at the big table of the dining hall.

The Area

The apartment is located at a walking distance to Plaza Universidad and Plaza Catalunya. The area is really safe, even at night, with a lot of supermarkets, bakeries, banks, delicatessen, bars and restaurants and also a useful parking just down the building.
Very close you can find the metro station L5 Hospital Clinic and a lot of buses going back and forth. The buses 43 and 44 will bring you to the chic area of Paseig de Gracia where Gaudi’s houses are (you can also arrive there in a ten minutes walk) and the bus 59 arrives to the beach and to the old fisherman’s village La Barceloneta.

Please call us at 0034 645 06 53 79 as soon you arrive at the airport and have your luggage with you. Do not send a text message (SMS) as we cannot see them.
This call is very important, in this way you will meet us at the apartment’s address (Carrer de Ausias Marc, 125) avoiding long waiting in the street. Should you not make this call in advance, you might have to wait half of an hour.
Any delay or issue, please call us immediately (0034 645 06 53 79) so that we can arrange for someone to wait for you (unfortunately we don’t have a 24 hour reception!)
Check-in time: our standard time is between 15 and 21 hours.

Check-out time: our standard time is at 11 h.
Check out between 00.00 h and 07.00 h: 50 €.
