Unique executive home specially equipped for corporate events and larger group functions, this 5200 square foot spacious home has lake views from most of the house, 2 complete kitchens upstairs & downstairs, including 4 ovens and Wolf stove, living room with vaulted ceilings, as well as poker and blackjack tables. The home is complete with hydronic floor heating throughout. Downstairs has a family room complete with a big screen TV and blu-ray DVD player, gorgeous pool table, dry sauna, large indoor spa, and a built-in bar like no other! There are wall-mounted TVs in the master bedroom and two other bedrooms as well as TVs in the upstairs living room and kitchen/dining area. The master bedroom and upstairs living room are also equipped with blu-ray DVD players. Nicely furnished with comfortable mattresses in all five bedrooms. 3 fireplaces (gas, electric, and wood). Two deck areas for super entertaining with plenty of seating, gas BBQ. On half acre lot for privacy. Appx 6.5 miles to non-stop action of the casino district, and the downhill slopes of Heavenly Ski Resort. Hiking trails in neighborhood area..miles of trails to forest and Cave Rock. This home used to entertain the stars back in the days! Visit America's largest alpine lake and explore the sapphire-blue waters of Lake Tahoe. Great home in great location A guest from South Lake Tahoe, California recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2013 The rental was great, very accommodating. The only complaints I have are the excesive amount of cleaning required (by the renter) on top of a $350 cleaning fee. Also checkout is at ten am, way too early considering all the cleaning that's now your responsibility. Property Manager Response: Response from World Class Property Management Inc. Thank you for staying at our rental. We usually accommodate a late check out if requested. |

Decent property - unfriendly staff A guest from Seattle, WA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2013 The house was generally okay, but the pool table had one cue, one of the pockets was busted, and the barbecue was filthy - pretty much unable to be cleaned; it had been seemingly neglected that long. everything else was fine, though the place was more dated than the pictures made it seem. The most disappointing aspect was the management company. Ultimately, all they did was facilitate the rental. They were generally dispassionate about service, and on occasion down right unpleasant. If you're not going to be friendly and interested in your guests (ultimately, we felt like just another dollar amount, kind of like air travel) then maybe you should be in another business. We were on a corporate retreat and interacted with many people in the area. I have let everyone know to avoid this management company moving forward. Sad, but true. |

Beautiful Tahoe Get Away for all families CHRIS A. from SANTA CLARA, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in February, 2013 We definitely enjoyed our stay; will consider this place again for our next group/family trip. Spacious rooms and more than ample room for large groups. The jacuzzi was no hot enough which was a disappointment after a long day at the slopes; however the sauna made up for what the warm tub lacked. The BBQ was downstairs by the garage; it would have been more convenient if it was on the deck beside the kitchen. Ample parking, wifi, LEDTVs were great amenities. There was even a baby cot that can be used by families with toddlers. |
