Vacation Condo Rental Description:


Crescent Ridge 112 is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome located within walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort. The townhome is situated within a 100 yard walk to ski access at the First Time, Eagle, and Three Kings lifts. This townhome enjoys a fully equipped kitchen with dining for 6 people and 3 additional bar stools. The living room features a gas fireplace and cable TV. Enjoy wireless internet, a deck with a grill, and a 1 car garage. The townhome comfortably sleeps 6 adults, but can accomodate up to 8 with children, with a Queen in the master, Queen and Twin Bunks in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Guests staying at Crescent Ridge 112 have access to the heated pool and hot tub at the Three Kings Clubhouse. This property is non-smoking.
