Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 The house was clean and the amenities were wonderful. the staff was professional and courteous and check out was a breeze. that being said we picked a place specifically with a hot tub in the unit to relax. We got there and opened it up and OMG the smell and the water was green. The log on the fridge said it hadn't been serviced since the begging of Feb. Called the call center because at this point it was after hours. Management did have someone there first thing Sat morning to take care of the problem but we couldn't use it until the afternoon. I'm very disappointed because this was one highlight we looked forward to. Again the response was quick but honestly this should have never been an issue. We will visit again but I'm hoping they will take better care in the future and honestly I would have liked to seen some gesture from management for the inconvenience. Let me again say it was clean otherwise, the view was amazing and it was very roomy. Well worth the money if everything had been as it should. |

The only issues we ran into were that when we arrived the tempture of the residence was set way too high (75degrees in the main level and 82 degrees upstairs). Also with we could have used more towels. Having 9 guests and a hot tub used up the towels quickly. Otherwise fantastic. |

miners run A guest from DENVER, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2013 An awesome condo to come back to after long days playing pond hockey! The only issue we had was with the hot tub, which only worked one out of three nights we spent there. But the folks at Wildernest worked to make sure it got repaired so we at least had it for one night. Other than that, the condo had great views, a well equipped kitchen, ample linen and towels, and a nice warm gas fireplace. I'd go back there anytime. |

Great views, spacious and nice Mark S. from Lake Angelus, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2013 Check-in/out was easy and fast. The unit matched its description. It had only a couple very minor maintenance issues. We realy appreciated the hot tub, wifi, tv and the terrific views. |
