This area flows into a galley-style kitchen with all full-size appliances, and a curved dining/serving counter with five barstools.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations. Bike paths and neighborhod lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

North Shore Place is a beautiful new complex in North Forest Beach, just across the street from the ocean and beside Coligny Plaza. The complex features a 4th floor rooftop pool, a landscaped inner courtyard, and beach access through the Sea Crest complex across the street, as well as use of Sea Crest's oceanfront guest pool.
