As you enter the front door you will find the first living area and kitchenette. The living area door open out to the pool deck. Down the hall you will find the first bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom with a walk in shower. There is also another bathroom on this floor with a shower. The first of 2 laundry rooms is located on the first floor also.

As you wander up the stair well you will find 3 more bedrooms on this level. The first has a queen bed and full bath. The second has two queen beds and the third is the second master with a full bath including a soaking tub. just up a few steps you will find the main living area, with a full chefs kitchen, another family room, dining room and breakfast nook. This level has beautiful tile floors and is sure to be the gathering area for your family with its open space and ample seating.

Just up to the next level you will find a bedroom with two queen beds and the last bedroom which is sure to make the little ones happy. This room has two full size beds with Twin bunks above them. Just up a few more steps and you will find the loft room that has a game table and wet bar, this room opens up to the observation deck. From this deck you have panoramic views of the ocean.

The pool and hot tub can be heated for an additional fee. Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area. While competing with the natural beauty and lure of the beach, the plaza offers a variety of shopping, dining, and fun entertainment for the whole family.
