The foyer opens to the living/dining room that has been designer decorated with a tropical feel using soothing earth tones and stylish plantation shutters. Furnishings include a comfortable overstuffed sofa and chair, a TV/VCR/DVD, and a round dining table with seating for 5. A slider door opens to the outdoor balcony. Just off the dining area is a galley kitchen that is equipped with all full-size appliances.

On the other side of the livingroom is a hall bath, an alcove with a full-size washer & dryer, and a sunny bedroom with 2 twin beds.

The 2nd floor is devoted to a spacious and private master bedroom suite, which features a king-size bed, a TV/VCR, a large walk-in closet, a reading corner, a writing desk, and a private bath.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations. Bike paths and neighborhod lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually converge to Coligny Plaza... the hub of the Forest Beach area. The plaza offers over 85 shops, restaurants, and fun entertainment for the entire
family.

The Forest Beach Villas, in the South Forest Beach area, are just across the street from the beach, have private tennis courts, an on-site pool, and are just a short walk (5 min.) to the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
