Located in the community of Orangetree this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom pool and spa home is just 15 minutes away from Disney theme parks. Walmart is just a mile away and it is open 24 hours, there are also many shops and restaurants nearby.

This spacious pool home has 2 lounges with seating up to 10 and there are 2 dining tables that also seat a total of 10 guests. The main lounge has a flat screen tv and dvd player. Highchair and Playpen are available in the home for use free of charge.

There is one master bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom that has a shower as well as a garden tub, separate WC and 2 vanities. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and bedrooms 3 and 4 both have 2 x Twin beds in each. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove/oven, dishwasher and more as well as cookware and dinnerware. There is a full size washer and dryer in the home.

The pool area has a screened enclosure with covered lanai and the pool has a spa which works along with the pool and they can both be heated for a separate charge. Patio furniture includes a table and 4 chairs as well as 2 sunloungers.

The garage has been converted to a games room that includes a pool table, air hockey table and a dartboard.

Management company is available 24 hours for emergencies.

Pool heat can be added to our private pool homes for an additional $25 per day for homes with electric pool heaters and for $35 per day for homes with gas pool heaters.
