This newly decorated three bedroom two bath La Jolla beach house is located just a half block to one of Southern California's most beautiful and popular beaches, Windandesa Beach. Located on the second level of a split-level beach house, this home is an outstanding alternative to the expensive hotels in the area as it offers all of the comforts and conveniences as well as numerous amenities at an affordable price. La Jolla vacation A guest from Tucson, AZ recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2013 the company was easy to reach on our arrival and during our stay to answer questions. The property was closer to the beach than stated, huge plus. Some of the repairs done to the property were obviously done with cost in mind and would not have been acceptable for my personal home. But, everything worked great, was very clean and we had everything we needed to feel at home. I would use this company and property again. |

The location of this property can't be beat! A guest from Boulder, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 Walking distance to wind n sea beach and shops. The only drawback is the outdoor living space. The deck is quite small, with only enough room for a grill and a small dining table. The grill was in good order and clean and the indoor dining area was quite large and comfortable and open to the kitchen for easy family entertaining. The third bedroom does not have a window or closet. |

With a bit of attention, could have been much better A guest from Needham, MA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 28 days in February, 2013 Space and location were good. The property is not maintained. It takes multiple calls to get action. Beds need to be replaced, bending was in very bad condition, Ill fitting, ripped, old and worn. kitchen pots, pans dirty, old and limited. No coffee mugs. Glass entry door to kitchen directly across from bedroom had no window treatment. Would Expect the unit to be very hot in warmer weather, ceiling fans limited no ac. Bad location for our winter rental deck is in dense shade. Lighting is very poor throughout, no reading lamps in bedrooms |

Cute but kitchen needs to be better stocked Mandy L. from Santa Monica, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in November, 2012 This is a quaint duplex just a few minutes walk from the beach. On the surface this looks like a great property but there are a lot of little things that need repair. Nothing major but lots of bumps, rips and little holes in furniture and walls. If this property had a dishwasher I would recommend it as the only disappointment of our stay was having to hand wash for 3 meals a day! |
