This home " Three Peaks Mountain Lodge" is in the prestigious Three Peaks community above the Raven golf course in Silverthorne has 5 bedrooms +loft, 4 bathrooms that sleeps 13. The grand double door front entrance spills out into an open floor plan complete with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and amazing panoramic views overlooking Silverthorne, Lake Dillon, Keystone Ski resort runs in the distance.

This amazing custom built, pet friendly executive home offers over 4,200 square feet of living space and the amenities are in abundance.



As you enter the main floor enjoy the comfort of large living room that is furnished with plush oversize furniture, a wood fireplace, 50” TV and floor to ceiling wall of windows with unbelievable VIEWS! The gourmet kitchen that boasts granite counter tops, high end appliances, three sinks and a breakfast bar for three. An additional table for four is located off the kitchen and you will find the formal dining area complete with a table that will seat up to ten people. Off of the dining area you will find the heated year round BBQ deck with gas grill and seating. To the left of the entry is a main floor bedroom with queen bed and attached bath. The mud room is located off the living room and shares the guest bath. Access to the eight person outdoor hot tub and two car garage is gained through this room. There are no other views like the ones you can enjoy from this beautiful hot tub deck!

Head upstairs to the master suite where you will find a adjustable king bed, walk in closet, 40” television and gas fireplace. The master bath is spacious with a jetted tub, fantastic views and a large glass enclosed steam shower with 6 shower heads! Located down the hall from the master suite is the loft, with sleeper sofa, television and built in office area.

Downstairs you will find the media room, complete with a 92” theater screen, DVD player and surround sound. A full wet bar and walk out patio completes this area. On one side of the media room is the 2nd suite with king bed (can be made into 2 twins on request) television, full bathroom with jetted tub and private walk out deck. The other side on media room has the 4th bedroom with queen bed with television, 5th bedroom with 2 twins and television. In the hall there is a full bathroom with oversize shower. To finish downstairs is the Laundry room with large washer dryer, sink, and folding area. There is also a roll a way stored in the closet if needed for use in the media room.

There is complimentary Wi-Fi though out the house too. Whether you have a group outing, multiple generations, or families, the Three Peaks Mountain Lodge has room for everyone!

The Three Peaks Mountain Lodge is the perfect getaway for both summer and winter in Summit County. In the summer enjoy the creek and hiking trails that run though the property and in the winter you can Nordic ski, snowshoe right from the house on the trails.
