Our nearly 4000sq ft home is ready to welcome you to Bermuda. We are ready to truly transport you to "Another World". Whether it is relaxing on the balcony and watching the golfers loose ball after ball, or enjoying the tranquil beauty of the garden. You will find yourself waking up each day relaxed and refreshed. The Four C's Guest House sits in a prime location. Nestled in the shadow of the Historic Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, a short 3 minute walk to the Famous Henry The Vlll Restaurant, and just 5 minutes further you can relax on a private beach. The local Pink & Blue (buses) are one of the best ways to get around and to see the Island. The location of the bus stop is right next to the restaurant (very convenient). And only 4 stops away is Horseshoe Bay Beach, a must go!
We offer a complimentary round trip taxi ride from the airport, for four people and four bags. A grocery stop is also included.
6. Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows: 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
Terms and Conditions:
This non-refundable deposit is for security and shall cover the items listed below: i. damage to the property or furnishings; ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; and iii. electricity, cable, WiFi, phone and water services.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Smoking is allowed outside only. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are NOT allowed. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. If you require daily maid service there will be an additional cost for this service. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 8. Water and Septic: There is ample water supply to the property but please exercise consideration when using the water. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages for repair.
