Had to fix the ice maker in the fridge due to a frozen water line, but got it thawed out and the huge chunks of ice out of the tube. Other than that was a good stay. |

Great mini vacation elizabeht s. from Pensacola, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2012 We stayed for 3 nights and it was the perfect break from work. We are locals to Pensacola but don't get to the beach very often because we have two youngs kids. Being able to stay right on the Gulf made it so easy to get the kids out of the sun for naps when they got sleepy. cleanliness of rental A guest from Baton Rouge, Louisiana does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2012 the rental was not clean. The tubs were dirty and the kitchen did not look very clean - in particular the cook top was greasy. We are not used to carpeting in a beach condo - the carpet seemed a little worn. Some of the door handles were loose and the dishwasher was wobbly. Also, we rented the unit thinking it was equipped with internet and it was not. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2011 We came for a long weekend and were very happy with the condo and it's proximity to restaurants and bars in the area. The only downside is the property owners must be in the process of redecorating because there were no blinds/window treatments in either the master bedroom or living room so the sun was out bright and early for us.
