I would recommend to anybody that wants to have a nice peaceful beach vacation. |

Stayed for 3 days in March, 2012 Take this in perspective as the weekend we were there the weather was terrible, an understatement... The Condo is great and you will not need much while you are there other than what you want to cook, if you want to cook. Spotless, beds are wonderful and super close to the beach. A little hard to find and the package doesn't give you a map so make sure and get good directions, I didn't and took me 1 hour to find it in the dark (PS: GPS won't help you either). It is not direct ocean view as I thought but you can see it from the 2nd floor balcony in the daytime. The decks are great if not raining and you certainly have all the sounds from the gulf. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 Overall very satisfied with the condo. The Staff was very nice and helpful during the rental process. The condo was in a good location, close to the beach, and very clean inside. The lower patio area was dirty with overflowing ashtrays and the sand had a LOT of broken glass in it. The gas grill was filthy, and had no fuel. The inside was very neat and clean with nearly everything we needed. The large TV in the living room was messed up, with a big blue blob in the middle that made it difficult to see at times. We were also very surprised by all of the HUGE cockroaches. We would definitely rent from them again, but would probably go for something a little higher than a ground floor to try and get away from the bugs.
