Use of Condo Amenities, Linen and Towel Package included. Swimming Pool (open mid May to mid September), Limit 2 Parking Spaces Per Unit, No Smoking, Fire Code Regulation Prohibits the use of Open-Flamed or Gas-Fueled Grilling Devices on Unit Balconies.
