There is a pier for great ocean fishing next to the Sanctuary and you can walk across the street to rent jet skis, kayaks, pontoons for a day on the bay.



Also walk to local restaurant and lounge where on most nights you will find a great local band performing live while you sip margaritas bayside.



The Sanctuary is a great location adjacent to False Cape State Park and the Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge and is Virginia's only oceanfront complex in the heart of Sandbridge on "Virginia's Outer Banks."
