You are sure to enjoy your stay in this beautiful Tommy Bahama style inspired beach condominium.
Casual, yet elegant and comfortable, Summer People welcomes you with bright colored fabrics, hardwood and rattan. The kitchen is fully equipped including granite tops, stainless steel appliances and all the kitchen gadgets you may need.
Dining for 8 at the lovely hardwood table. Snack and appetizers can be served at the kitchen bar top or enjoyed on the spacious private balcony and you will not want to miss the spectacular Back Bay Sunsets and views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The main living area has a large 42' plasma TV and entertainment center, wireless internet, telescope and plenty of books, games and puzzles.
The three bedrooms have;

There are two full bathrooms; one private serves the Master bedroom and one adjoining. Both have large lighted vanities and bath/showers with duo showerhead and removable handheld.
In addition to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. and shore line you will want to take full advantage of all we have to spoil you including the Sanctuary's (3) pools including a swim-up and children's splash area, lounge chairs and umbrella-covered dining tables, *Viking gas grilling stations, outdoor showers and restrooms, (2) fitness centers, game room, (2) libraries and a beautiful boardwalk.
It is our pleasure to provide you with linen and towel service at no additional charge, (2) reserved parking spaces (near the elevator) and a private garage level storage unit equipped with beach cart and all the gear you need to enjoy your days on the beach!
Golf, fishing, kayaking, barefoot boutiques, shopping and fine dining are all nearby. This unit will be popular so book early! It's all here at The Sanctuary.
