A Comfortable Vacation Condominium in the Oceanfront Sanctuary

MBR-K, 2nd-Q, 3rd-1 T/T Bunkset, 1 T/D Bunkset.
Escape to beautiful and secluded Sandbridge in this 1600 square foot, 4th floor condo with three spacious bedrooms and wonderful views.
Because of its unique northeast exposure, you will enjoy the 180-degree ocean to Back Bay views, unobstructed all the way up to the Virginia Beach skyline. You will be fascinated by the gorgeous sunsets and fabulous sunrises from our large patio deck, perfect for group gathering or a quiet afternoon of reading.
The spacious living room flows into the dining area for up to six people. There are two sets of large sliding glass doors opening to an oversized 18’ deck with attractive and very comfortable deck furnishings. You will enjoy the sumptuous leather sectional sofa and 50” HD plasma tv with HBO included in the great room. While in FAIR DINKUM you'll enjoy:

Cabinetry throughout the kitchen and bathroom is Cherry with granite countertops. The well-appointed kitchen includesTop-Of-The-Line GE stainless steel appliances along with a toaster, coffee maker cookware and tableware. Each bedroom is equipped with LCD Flatscreen TV’s.
Enjoy the beach, boardwalk, three swimming pools, chaise lounges, gourmet gas grills on an expansive pool deck with family-size seating areas and hot tub (off season only).
Boogie boards and sand chairs are available in the owner’s garage level storage closet.
We are just minutes from boating, jet skis, shopping, dining, cultural activities, fishing, and water sports.
Linen and towel service provided at no charge.
