You will enjoy views of the ocean but you will come back because of the unbelievable sunsets enjoyed on your spacious wraparound balcony. This condo has a 42" flat TV in the Great Room and a home entertainment system. The master bedroom has a 32" flat TV and DVD player. The other 3 bedrooms have 24" TV and DVD players. Sure to be richly furnished, this condo will book quickly so reserve your vacation today or you may have to wait another year. Use of Condo Amenities, Swimming Pool (open mid May to mid September), Limit 2 Parking Spaces Per Unit, NO Smoking, Fire Code Regulation Prohibit the use of Open-Flamed or Gas-Fueled Grilling Devices on Unit Balconies. 5TV's, 5DVD's
