Welcome to Island Time

Island Time is a spacious 4BR 4Bath corner unit, arranged so 4 couples or two families can truly relax on their holiday. We have everything you need, but not a clock in the place, because who wants them on Island Time?

Every room features large flat screen TV’s with cable and a Blue Ray/ DVD player. In the two bunk rooms, there are plugs for easily installing your game system.

The great room features a 60-inch HDTV with sound bar, surrounded by comfy sofas and chairs. The vintage dining room table and chairs provide funky seating for up to 10 guests.



Step out on the wrap-around patio, the largest available in The Sanctuary, where you will find comfortable seating and a beautiful view of Back Bay. A large picnic table gives you the option of dining outside, or sending the kids out there to eat in chaos, while you dine quietly inside.

This unit is located on the first floor, with easy access to the pool, the grills and the garage, so you won’t spend a lot of time lugging things around the complex.



The beach locker includes boogie boards, sand tools (you can’t come to the beach and not dig, regardless of your age), beach chairs, and umbrellas.



There is also a beach cart, which fits on the elevator, so it can do double duty taking your toys to the beach as well as helping you move in and out. The locker is far from full, so bring your own beach toys if you want.

The larger master bedroom has a pillow-top king bed, double sinks, chess/checkers table, and a 40-inch HDTV. With direct patio access, you can enjoy a late night glass of wine overlooking the bay.

The other 3 bedrooms have pillow top queen beds and 35-inch TVs. Two of these rooms have a twin XL bunk (suitable for ages 8 and up) over the queen bed, so the room can sleep 3 kids or a couple comfortably.



The queen BR without a bunk, and one of the bunkrooms, has an en suite bath. The bathroom for the other bunkroom is just across the hall.

The kitchen has large granite countertops, high-end GE appliances and extensive cabinets with a large pantry to minimize trips to the store. Whether you want to make a margarita, boil some crabs, whip up a pizza or a crock-pot soup, you will find all the tools you need and then some.

We hope you have lots of sunshine for your stay, but if it does rain, you can still have fun. There is a nice library of good reads, and a collection of board and card games, to help prevent TV overdose.
