Let our home away from home, be your home away from home! Our oceanfront retreat is equipped with all the latest and greatest, plusTHREE wonderful balconies!

Each morning, while here with our family, we enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner from the unique, large, living room terrace. This terrace extends out, beyond the other condo terraces, giving you both East and South views of the ocean, beach and pier. Truly unique!

When we seek some privacy, we are able to enjoy one of two oceanfront master suite balconies. All three oceanfront balconies will provide your family with breathtaking, stress relieving, views of the ocean, and all it has to offer.

Watch surfers near the pier, dolphins, flocks of pelicans, and on occasion whales, frolic in your front yard.

Grand Bleu is a spacious three bedroom, three bath, unit located on the same level as the pool, and outdoor Viking grills for easy family access.

The beach, and beachfront pool is one flight of stairs below you.

Believe me, after your third trip to the pool or beach for the day, with your kids, toys and towels, you will appreciate the location of this unit! We understand that when you travel with the family you are loaded down, so we have provided you with use of our;

boogie boards
large sea kayak
life vests

all located in our garage storage unit.

Our family loves watching DVDs when we are here, we have a wonderful 42" LCD TV with DVD and surround sound in the living room. (Bring your own movies, or rent from the local video store-Blockbuster- located in the WalMart shopping center behind the HomeDepot. This is also near Bloom, the best grocery store that we have found.)

Connect your iPod to the surround sound system to enjoy your own music as well. Also, for individual use there are TV/DVD combos in all bedrooms. Board games, puzzles, books, and wireless internet are also included.

Other amenities include full size washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher and a full range of small appliances for your convenience (toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc.).

The cabinets are stocked with utensils, dishes and specialty glassware. Linen and Towel Package included.

Use of Condominium Amenities such as swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor Viking grills, fully equipped fitness room (with view of pool), game room, and library are all included. Limit 2 Parking Spaces Per Unit, NO Smoking, Fire Code Regulation Prohibits the use of Open-Flamed or Gas-Fueled Grilling Devices on Unit Balconies.
