The backyard pool area with fencing is complete with a hot tub, Tiki Bar/pool cabana, and solar heated pool. Built-to-Last pool furniture around the cabana area, too, so soaking up the sun's rays will be very enjoyable. Beach access located directedly across the street. CAC, CCTV's, 2 large screen TV's, DVD, VCR, Wireless high speed internet, pool, corn hole game, gas grill. No smoking. No pets.
